At J Hewit & Sons, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are in unused and resalable condition, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your return package via a tracked postal service to our warehouse facility; please retain your proof of postage until the return is processed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
